Janell had been wanting family photos for probably the last year now but it took some time to get the rest of her family on board. When we finally made arrangements to do her session she was so excited. And then it almost didn’t happen. We rescheduled a couple times and then finally picked a date to do it. The forecast the day before called for rain, it had been raining for 2 days already, and the rain was supposed to last till dark. We rescheduled and of course the sun was out by noon! The next date we planned on had no rain in the forecast at all so when we hopped in our cars and headed to our meeting place we couldn’t believe it when it started raining! We decided to wait and see if the rain was going to stop and then I locked my keys in the car at our meeting place! Lucky for me, Janell helped me out with her AAA membership (thanks again!) but the rain continued so we decided to reshedule yet again. And of course as we drove away the clouds started to leave and the sun started peeking out! We started to worry that it just wasn’t meant to be but finally, on our third scheduled session date, the weather was gorgeous and it all worked out We had high 80′s, you know, typical Christmas time weather right? Well, I guess there is no typical CA weather this time of year! Janell, your family is gorgeous! I’m glad everything worked out and I hope it was worth the wait!
