Kristen and I have known Trish since about 2nd grade. We were together so often that our parents joked that we shared a brain. If one of us was missing, we were missing a 3rd of our brain. Now because we have always shared a brain I know that one (or both!) of them may kill me for this but I’m willing to take that risk!
The three of us had a lot of memorable experiences together over the past, what, like 23 years?
*We “modeled” in the window at the mall
*Took our Moms to Knott’s Berry Farm for Mother’s Day (but they had to drive and were subjected to a cheap picnic lunch because hey, kids don’t have money!)
*Played AYSO soccer together pretty much every year
*6th grade promotion
*And of course shared our high school years.

I will NOT post pictures from years of playing kickball on the playground, our bikini shopping trip in San Jose, Fresham Cheer, stripping wall paper at her house or someone holding up a cell phone at Kristen’s wedding so Trish could be there from across the country but here is a current one of “the brain” reunited:

Needless to say, we have all grown up together, and thankfully have survived some decades of terrible fashion! Fast forward to 2011 and while our friendship has changed, we are all still influencing each other’s decisions! This year, I completed my first marathon with Trish by my side. In return, Trish did her first pin-up inspired photo shoot… with me behind the lens!
The day that we decided to shoot… it rained! Trish was a trooper so we ran out to one of my favorite spots and shot between rain drops.

After the rain got the best of us, we ran back to my house and set up the studio for a few more!

Trish has always been gorgeous… but I am so glad she picked the outfits that wore rather than the over-sized sweat pants that she loved in middle school!![]()
**Thanks to Grandma Dodo for the super amazing suitcase collection, Aunt Colleen for the fur coats and fabulous phone (We didn’t mess them up, don’t bite!) and Granny for the gloves!**
