This week our theme was Spring. I love Spring, of course, and all the newness is brings. The pretty flowers, the warmer weather and all that good stuff. But I live in Southern CA and our flowers start sprouting when we get our first unseasonably hot week (which is usually in January) and our weather is never anything to complain about anyways so Spring is really a non-season as far as I’m concerned. I love fall and summer. Spring through brings crazy temperature changes (62 and raining one day and sunny and 85 the next!) allergies, and apparently pigeons who think your roof would be a good place to nest. I’m not complaining though, I do love Spring… I’m simply pointing out why it isn’t my favorite season. One thing I look forward to every Spring though is Easter. This year Cole was old enough to really enjoy it (and he is now a candy-addict. Help me please!) He also really enjoyed coloring Easter eggs this year.

ah, great interpretation of spring!!!! I’ve always been a lover of spring but have felt great sorrow for those allergy sufferers like my big son. .. not complaining though, just saying
