Here we are again! Project 52 is quickly coming to a close (thankfully!). So when both of twins are generally armed with cameras, it would seem like our family should have fabulous family portraits every year, right?! Wrong! There is only so much that you can do with a self timer, tripod, 10 minutes before dinner and a bunch of us! But last year we started a new tradition (at Mom’s gentle persuading…) of setting up the tripod and shooting a family portrait of the entire crew. This year things started to go wrong! We left the dogs at home so already, they are missing. Then I couldn’t find the base for the tripod. And the other twin was apparently missing hers as well. No biggie, rig up a stand for the expensive camera on a lawn chair, a bucket and those foam knee pad things that use in gardening… oh wait, what’s that? You forgot how to set the timer?! It is freezing and no one wants to stay outside while you figure it out?! Time for Plan B. Mom’s point and shoot. *gasp!* Yes my photographer heart skipped a few beats but alas, we were all there, standing in the cold, looking as good as we were gonna get so here it is (with thanks!)
